Position Overview

In this role, you will be at the forefront of helping clients streamline their marketing, sales, and customer service operations through the HubSpot platform. This role is perfect for someone with hands‑on experience in HubSpot configurations, workflows, and reporting who is passionate about problem‑solving and helping clients achieve their goals. You'll work closely with engagement managers and other team members to design, implement, and support scalable solutions tailored to client needs.

Qualifications
  • A bachelor’s degree in a related field such as Business, Finance, Operations, as well as Engineering degrees. We are looking for a diversity of backgrounds with strong foundation of analytical, logical, and organizational skills.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience as a RevOps professional, preferably experienced working with a US‑based company.
  • Fluent English communication skills both written and verbal.
  • Strong work ethic with a consistent record of leading projects to success.
  • 3–7+ years of experience working with HubSpot (Marketing Hub, Sales Hub, Service Hub) in an administrative or consulting capacity.
  • Deep knowledge of HubSpot tools, including workflows, sequences, reports, dashboards, and integrations. HubSpot certifications are a strong plus.
  • Familiarity with integrations and tools that complement HubSpot, such as Zapier, CRM connectors, and analytics platforms.
  • Strong ability to translate business needs into technical solutions and troubleshoot complex issues.
  • Excellent communication skills (written and verbal), client‑facing professionalism, and a collaborative mindset.
  • Ability to quickly adapt resources to changing project demands and address staffing challenges.
  • Familiarity with RevOps functions to effectively evaluate candidate fit and align staffing to project requirements.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills to manage resource needs.
  • Strong organizational skills to handle multiple projects and meet staffing demands within timelines.
Responsibilities
  • Client Solutions: Collaborate with engagement managers to assess client challenges and craft custom HubSpot‑based solutions.
  • HubSpot Optimization: Configure HubSpot environments, including building workflows, automations, and sequences that align with client business processes.
  • Data Analysis: Create detailed dashboards and reports to provide actionable insights on marketing, sales, and service performance.
  • Integrations: Implement and troubleshoot integrations between HubSpot and other tools in the client’s tech stack (e.g., CRMs, analytics tools, email marketing platforms).
  • Training & Support: Provide clients with training and ongoing support to ensure they maximize their use of HubSpot.
  • Testing & Validation: Test all workflows and configurations to ensure they are accurate, logical, and effective in solving the intended business problem.
  • Project Execution: Deliver projects on time with a high degree of quality, meeting client expectations at every step.
  • Troubleshooting: Identify and resolve issues in HubSpot configurations or processes, recommending best practices where necessary.
