CommonSail Investment Group in Michigan is seeking a HubSpot Administrator to manage and optimize our HubSpot platforms across Marketing Hub, CRM, Service Hub, and HubSpot AI. You will partner with Marketing, Sales, and Operations to translate business needs into scalable solutions and improve engagement and data quality.

This role focuses on campaign execution, audience segmentation, automation, reporting, and governance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Information technology, Computer Science, Business, Communications, Marketing or related field.
• 3+ years of experience as a HubSpot Administrator, CRM Administrator, Marketing Operations Specialist, or similar role.
• Hands-on experience with HubSpot Marketing Hub and HubSpot CRM.
• Strong knowledge of HubSpot features, configuration, and best practices.
• Experience implementing HubSpot for B2B organizations.
• Experience creating dashboards and reports and analyzing marketing and CRM performance data.
• Experience supporting integrations and data synchronization across systems.
• Strong data management, governance, and data quality understanding.
• Excellent problem solving, communication, and project management skills.

Responsabilités

• Administer and optimize HubSpot CRM, contacts, properties, lists, pipelines, and data quality.
• Support marketing campaigns from setup through execution and reporting (emails, forms, landing pages, lists, segmentation, workflows).
• Build and maintain automated workflows for lead nurturing and internal processes.
• Develop audience segments based on lifecycle stage, engagement, geography, and other criteria.
• Create and maintain HubSpot dashboards and reports to measure performance and metrics.
• Analyze data to identify trends, opportunities, and gaps for improvement.
• Collaborate with Marketing, Sales, Operations to translate requirements into HubSpot solutions.
• Explore HubSpot AI capabilities to boost productivity and engagement.
• Support integrations and troubleshoot data flow and system issues.
