Boulo is recruiting a contracted Hubspot Implementation Consultant for our client, a growing AI-powered Human Resources platform that provides real-time evaluations to streamline recruitment and boost hiring success with candidates that will excel in their roles long term.

CANDIDATES MUST BE AUTHORIZED TO WORK IN THE US WITHOUT SPONSORSHIP.

Employment Type: Part-time, 15-20 hours per week

Flexibility: Fully remote but candidates must reside in the US and be authorized to work in the US without sponsorship

Pay: $50-75 hourly

Hubspot CRM Implementation Responsibilities:

• Create foundational workflows and mapping
• CRM Configuration & Data Migration - Import and map contact/company/deal data from existing systems; Set up lifecycle stages, lead statuses, and custom properties; Configure contact deduplication and merge rules; Tag and segment existing lists based on engagement, source, and role
• User Access & Permissions - Set up user roles, teams, and permissions; Create onboarding materials or walkthrough for internal users
• Pipeline & Deal Management - Customize pipelines, stages, and automation for sales and service; Set up deal properties and scoring criteria; Integrate any forms of deal/ticket routing logic
• Email & Marketing Automation - Brand and configure email templates (marketing, transactional); Set up email subscription types and compliance with CAN-SPAM/GDPR; Create foundational email workflows (e.g., lead nurture, re-engagement, newsletter welcome)
• Reporting & Dashboards - Create dashboards for Sales, Marketing, and Executive visibility; Build lead source, pipeline, and campaign attribution reports
