Qualifications

• 1–3 years in business systems, CRM, or automation.
• Hands-on HubSpot experience with workflows and reporting.
• Strong SQL and relational database knowledge.
• Programming ability in JavaScript, TypeScript, or Python.
• Familiarity with APIs, webhooks, JSON.
• Ability to gather requirements and document work.
• Discretion with sensitive information and change control.
• Eagerness to learn lending operations.
