Job summary

Premier Credit Union is seeking a Marketing Automation Specialist to act as the technical owner of our marketing tech stack. You will design, implement, and maintain HubSpot architecture, data model, workflows, and reporting to power member engagement and campaign analytics.

You will build lead scoring, lifecycle programs, and MQL routing, while ensuring data integrity across properties, objects, and integrations with GTM, GA4, and ad platforms.

Qualifications

• :
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Information Systems, or related field.
• 5+ years in marketing operations, CRM, or data analytics with significant HubSpot ownership.
• Proficiency in GA4, Google Tag Manager, and HubSpot integrations.
• HubSpot certifications preferred in Marketing Hub, Reporting, Digital Marketing or Digital Advertising.
• Fluency with AI tools for data analysis and reporting.

Responsibilities

• Own HubSpot administration, including properties, custom objects, associations, and naming conventions across objects.
• Build and maintain multi-step workflows and lifecycle marketing programs.
• Lead scoring, MQL routing, and Sales handoffs with clean deal lifecycle transitions.
• Manage tracking, attribution, and paid media campaigns via HubSpot Campaigns, GTM, and GA4.
• Create cross-object reports and dashboards to drive leadership decisions.
