Park Place Finance, LLC is seeking a hands-on Business Systems and Automation Specialist to optimize lending operations through HubSpot, SQL reporting, and seamless integrations.

You’ll turn manual workflows into automated solutions, partner with business leaders to gather requirements, and document system changes with precision. This role suits an early-career professional who enjoys solving technical problems and learning lending operations.

Qualifications

• 1-3 years of relevant experience in business systems, CRM administration, software development, automation, technical operations, or a related role.
• Hands-on experience with HubSpot or a comparable CRM, including workflows, reporting, and data management.
• Working knowledge of SQL and relational databases, including the ability to write queries and investigate data issues.
• Practical coding ability in JavaScript, TypeScript, or Python, with the ability to read, troubleshoot, and modify existing code.
• Familiarity with APIs, webhooks, JSON, and connecting applications through scripts or automation tools.
• Ability to explain technical issues clearly, gather requirements from business users, prioritize requests, and document completed work.
• Careful handling of sensitive information and sound judgment about access, testing, and when a change needs additional review.
• Willingness to learn lending operations and understand how system changes affect users, data, and the loan process.

Responsibilities

POSITION OVERVIEW

Park Place Finance is seeking a hands-on Business Systems and Automation Specialist to help manage and improve the technology supporting our lending operations. You will work with HubSpot, internal applications, SQL reporting, system integrations, and day-to-day application support.

This role suits an early-career professional who enjoys understanding how a business works, solving technical problems, and turning manual processes into reliable tools and workflows. You will partner with business leaders and users to understand requirements, deliver improvements, and document how systems work, with technical review and specialist support for more complex changes.

Required qualifications

1-3 years of relevant experience in business systems, CRM administration, software development, automation, technical operations, or a related role.

Preferred qualifications

Experience in mortgage lending, private lending, business-purpose lending, fintech, or financial services.

Direct HubSpot administration experience, including integrations, custom objects, or relevant certifications.

Experience with AI Development, Git, application deployments, and maintaining AI-assisted development projects.

Experience with loan origination systems or lending-related reporting and integrations.

A relevant degree is helpful but not required. We value demonstrated skills, completed projects, and the ability to solve practical problems.

What success looks like

Users receive responsive application support, and requests have clear priorities and status updates.

HubSpot data and workflows remain accurate, documented, and useful to the business.

Internal tools and automations work reliably, with failures identified and resolved promptly.

New features are tested, documented, and reviewed at a level appropriate to their impact.

Manual work decreases and the team has better visibility into its lending operations.
