OpenTrain is recruiting a Buildium Workflow AI Training Specialist to document and complete realistic property management workflows within Buildium. You will use hands-on property management knowledge to create high-quality interaction data for AI system development, while showing how properties, tenants, leases, payments, and maintenance are handled in the platform.

This remote contractor role requires recording and explaining workflows, creating rubrics, and reviewing outputs for accuracy

• Strong hands-on experience using Buildium in a professional property management environment.
• Practical experience with property operations, tenant and lease management, maintenance coordination, or related workflows.
• Current access to Buildium and the ability to use it independently.
• Comfort recording and sharing your screen while demonstrating workflows, including appearing on camera.
• Strong attention to detail and the ability to explain processes clearly.

OpenTrain is recruiting for a Buildium Workflow AI Training Specialist to complete and document realistic property management workflows within Buildium. A background in documenting operational workflows and reviewing outputs against detailed rubrics can also support success in this role.

Work arrangement
This is remote contractor work focused on hands-on software workflows, screen-recorded demonstrations, prompt creation, rubric development, and quality review. The advertised rate range is $28‑$92 per hour.
