Job summary

Quince is seeking a CRM Architect, B2B to own, design, and optimize Quince’s HubSpot-driven growth infrastructure. You will define the CRM data model, systems integrations, and automation pathways to ensure our commercial engines run flawlessly.

This essential IC reports to the General Manager of B2B. You will configure complex workflows, manage custom objects, and translate business requirements into technical blueprints, focusing on onboarding milestones and account health.

Qualifications

• HubSpot Admin with 4+ years managing custom objects and workflows.
• Design and maintain CRM architecture for fast-growing B2B.
• Build data frameworks to track onboarding and retention.
• Integrate HubSpot with external systems via APIs and middleware.
• Strong documentation and cross-functional collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Define and govern HubSpot data model and integrations.
• Design custom objects, properties, pipelines reflecting B2B motions.
• Build health-scoring models and alerts for accounts.
• Automate lead routing, lifecycle transitions, and revenue attribution.
