Job summary

NexaMotion Group, headquartered in Cleveland, OH, seeks a proactive CRM Administrator to own HubSpot across Marketing, Sales, Service, Content, and Operations Hubs. You’ll steward data models, automations, and the ERP-CRM data pipeline, collaborating with a dedicated data-warehouse engineer and integration vendors.

You will drive data quality, standardization, and governance, guiding data flows from ERP systems to HubSpot, with weekly leadership cadence and direct access to HubSpot resources.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of HubSpot administration in a complex, multi-user environment
• Experience owning enterprise CRM objects, associations, and rollups
• Strong understanding of data architecture, integrations, and data quality programs
• Ability to design, document, and debug large workflow estates (100+ flows)

Responsibilities

• Own the CRM data architecture: objects, hierarchy, associations, and taxonomy
• Manage ERP-to-CRM integrations and data warehouse reconciliation
• Define field-level contracts with data-warehouse and integration vendors
• Run health checks on throughput, error logs, and data quality metrics
• Maintain automation and workflows across multiple hubs and channels
• Deliver executive platform views and adoption metrics for leadership
