Job summary

NexaMotion Group in Cleveland, Ohio, seeks an experienced CRM Administrator to own and evolve the company’s HubSpot platforms across Marketing, Sales, Service, Content, and Operations hubs. You will guard data integrity, drive a scalable data model, and maintain the integration stack feeding CRM data for executive decision-making.

You will collaborate with an executive sponsor, a CRM database engineer, and an integration vendor to ensure CI/CD-like governance and timely data delivery.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of hands-on HubSpot administration in a complex, multi-user environment.
• Own the CRM data architecture: custom objects, parent/child company hierarchy, labeled associations, and taxonomy.
• Design, document, and debug a large workflow estate (100+ flows).
• Accountability for governance, change control, and QA of revenue-impacting changes.

Responsibilities

• Own platform administration across all HubSpot Hubs — users, seats, permission sets, teams, presets, properties, and pipelines.
• Define CRM data architecture and enterprise taxonomy mapped from ERP source codes.
• Manage integrations and maintain data-quality via reconciliation monitoring.
• Lead weekly executive platform reviews and enable cross-functional adoption across teams.
• Onboard acquisitions onto the platform with a repeatable data-migration model.
