Job summary

Huble, a HubSpot, AI, marketing & creative consultancy, seeks a CRM Solutions Architect to design scalable HubSpot-centric solutions for mid-market and enterprise clients. You will architect data flows, integrate systems, and craft documentation for implementation teams while guiding clients through new technologies.

You will collaborate with Development, Marketing, Sales, and Service Consulting, delivering high-impact projects and ensuring architecture diagrams, scopes, and training

Qualifications

• Experience with HubSpot or transferable expertise from other technology platforms or system architecture roles.
• Relevant tertiary qualification (e.g. Computer Science, Information Systems, Industrial Engineering).
• Experience in a digital/technical agency/consultancy in a consulting/specialist role with clients through the full process.
• Extensive ability to read and understand and compile technical documentation (API documentation, ERD, functional specifications etc).
• Sound knowledge of big data.
• Experience with integrating systems or leveraging APIs or custom-built solutions.
• Excellent command of English, with outstanding writing and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Design scalable, innovative solutions leveraging HubSpot CRM within a front‑office ecosystem.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to define architecture and project scope.
• Create comprehensive documentation including requirements, functional specs and data models.
• Lead complex technology configuration projects and mentor junior team members.
• Conduct technology audits and provide improvement recommendations.
• Define success metrics and reporting requirements for technology solutions.
• Stay up‑to‑date with the latest technology features and communicate changes.
• Assist with data migration projects and conduct QA testing.
• Drive team certifications and provide technology training to staff.
