Job summary

First Connect Insurance Services is seeking a HubSpot Automation Specialist to manage a fast-growing portfolio of workflows that streamline processes for independent insurance agents. This role includes ownership of complex workflows and collaboration with Sales, Support, and Product teams to ensure operational efficiency.

The ideal candidate has 3+ years of experience with HubSpot and a Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field, demonstrating strong attention to detail and proficiency in CRM infrastructure. The position offers a base pay between $75,000 and $85,000 annually.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience building HubSpot workflows in a Marketing or Sales environment.
• HubSpot certifications and Academy courses in Workflows.
• Strong proficiency in creating object-based automations and custom logic.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain complex HubSpot automation workflows.
• Collaborate with Sales, Support, and Management teams for workflow execution.
• Monitor active workflows for errors and optimize them.
