GE Vernova is seeking a Wind Technician (Hub Technician) to support onshore wind operations. The role requires local travel within the hub and focuses on turbine maintenance, safety, quality control, and warranty repairs, in collaboration with site leadership to meet contract obligations.

The ideal candidate will have 1+ year of wind tech experience or a wind certificate, plus basic computer skills and the ability to work in diverse environments.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED, plus wind-tech experience or wind certificate program.
• Technical certification in wind energy is desirable.
• Basic computer skills required.

Responsabilités

• Maintain turbine operations, safety, quality control and warranty repairs.
• Coordinate with Site Lead/Manager to meet contract requirements.
• Troubleshoot mechanical, hydraulic, and electrical issues on turbines.
• Document all work with service reporting procedures.
• Coordinate with GE's remote operations center when needed.
