Hayward Holdings Inc. is seeking a HUB Training & Operations Lead based in Phoenix, AZ. You will develop and execute training plans to equip extended market customers and employees with skills to sell, install, program, troubleshoot, and repair Hayward products.

You will stock and fulfill local parts, manage a service call dispatch function for builders and dealers, lead HUB Support Specialists, coordinate events, and collaborate with regional teams to share best practices. Travel req ~15–20%.

Formación

• 3+ years in a customer/technical support or training role within the pool industry.

Responsabilidades
