Job summary

Advance Auto Parts seeks a Hub Operations Lead to oversee daily HUB functions, including order fulfillment and inventory control. The role may require leading one or more HUB team members such as Hub Inventory Specialists and Hub Drivers.

Ideal candidates will have store systems knowledge, basic parts knowledge, and strong interpersonal skills. The position is full time with potential for MVR certification and completion of required training and store meetings.

Qualifications

• Experience leading HUB-related team members (Hub/Loop Drivers and Hub Inventory Specialist).
• Knowledge of store inventory, cycle counts, and replenishment processes.
• Ability to network with stores, hubs, PDQ and suppliers for order fulfillment.

Responsibilities

• Oversee HUB operations and resolve HUB orders promptly.
• Direct HUB team members and delegate work for fulfillment.
• Review orders, pick parts, stage products, finalize paperwork.
• Coordinate with drivers on paperwork and instructions.
• Collaborate with stores and hubs to source parts and logistics.
