Job summary

Advance Auto Parts is seeking a HUB Operations Lead to oversee the day-to-day HUB functions, ensuring timely HUB order fulfillment and accurate inventory control across stores and hubs.

This full-time role requires leadership of HUB team members and strong knowledge of store systems and parts. You will coordinate with nearby stores, hubs, PDQ and external suppliers to optimize order fulfillment and maintain inventory integrity.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of store systems and basic parts
• Strong interpersonal and leadership abilities
• Flexible and capable of scheduling including nights/weekends
• Previous retail/inventory management experience preferred

Responsibilities

• Oversee HUB operations and resolve HUB orders promptly
• Provide direction and delegate work to HUB team members (Hub/Loop Drivers and Hub Inventory Specialist)
• Review orders, pull parts, stage product and finalize paperwork
• Coordinate with stores, hubs, PDQ and external drivers for sourcing and fulfillment
• Maintain inventory accuracy including cycle counts and outages
• Communicate risks or issues to store leadership
• Lead stocking activities and ensure 24-hour completion of replenishment orders
