United Parcel Service, Inc. is seeking a supervisor to oversee Package Handlers, train and develop teams, and uphold safety and productivity standards across the operation.

The role emphasizes leadership, process improvement, and strong communication with all levels of staff in a fast-paced warehouse setting. The position requires the ability to lift heavy loads, flexible shifts, and a commitment to safety policies in accordance with OSHA and company standards.

Formación

• Must have strong written and verbal communication.
• Ability to lead teams and train staff.
• Commitment to safety and OSHA/compliance knowledge.
• Experience in a fast-paced warehouse environment preferred.
• Bachelor's degree or international equivalent is preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Supervises Package Handlers and trains, develops, and holds workgroups responsible for safety, production and attendance.
• Sets and maintains high standards for account productivity, accuracy, customer service, organization, communication, cooperation, and safety.
• Provides innovative and effective leadership and cultivates a functional working relationship with all levels of personnel.
