Job summary

UPS seeks a supervisor to oversee Package Handlers, train and develop workgroups, and uphold safety, productivity, and attendance. This role sets high standards for accuracy, customer service, organization, and teamwork across the station.

You will lead a positive, proactive team, implement personal development plans, ensure thorough orientation and ongoing training, and provide coaching to support growth and safety at all times.

Qualifications

• Ability to lift 70 lbs / 32 kgs.
• Availability for flexible shifts up to 5 days per week.
• Bachelor's degree or international equivalent preferred; management experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Ensure all employees follow safety policies and OSHA requirements.
• Manage department resources for output, accuracy and efficiency.
• Foster a positive, team-oriented work environment.
• Implement personal development plans for staff.
• Provide orientation, training, materials, and evaluations.
• Support safety training and proactive coaching.
