Job summary

UPS Supply Chain Solutions, Inc. seeks a Supervisor to lead Package Handlers, train teams, and enforce safety, production, and attendance standards.

You will establish high-performance expectations, promote a safe, organized workspace, and build strong working relationships across shifts and departments. Responsibilities include ensuring policy compliance with OSHA and corporate guidelines, delivering proactive coaching, and developing staff through orientation and ongoing development plans.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree or international equivalen t; management experience preferred.
• Ability to lift 70 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Supervise Package Handlers and train, develop, and hold workgroups accountable for safety, production and attendance.
• Set and maintain high standards for productivity, accuracy, customer service, organization, communication, cooperation, and safety.
• Foster a positive, team-oriented work environment with proactive communication and inter-departmental cooperation.
• Provide orientation, skills and safety training, regular evaluations and proactive coaching.
• Ensure compliance with safety policies and OSHA requirements at all times.
