Job summary

UPS in the United States is seeking a supervisor to oversee Package Handlers, drive safe and productive operations, and develop workgroups across safety, production, and attendance.

The role requires leadership, strong communication, and the ability to manage resources in a fast-paced warehouse setting. A Bachelor’s degree or international equivalent is preferred, with management experience favorable.

Qualifications

• Ability to lift 70 lbs./32 kgs.
• Availability to work flexible shift hours, up to 5 days per week
• Strong oral and written communication skills
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office
• Ability to work in a fast-paced warehouse environment
• Bachelor's Degree or International equivalent - Preferred
• Management experience - Preferred
