UPS Supply Chain Solutions, Inc. is hiring to supervise Package Handlers, train teams, and uphold safety, productivity, and attendance standards. The role emphasizes leadership, cross‑functional collaboration, and continual improvement across the department.

The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, a Bachelor’s degree or international equivalent, and experience in a fast-paced warehouse environment. Availability for flexible shifts and a focus on safety are required.

Competenze

• Must be able to lift up to 70 lbs / 32 kgs.
• Availability to work flexible shift hours, up to 5 days per week.
• Strong oral and written communication skills.

• Supervises Package Handlers and trains, develops, and holds workgroups responsible for safety, production and attendance.
• Sets and maintains high standards for productivity, accuracy, customer service, organization, communication, cooperation, and safety.
• Provides leadership and cultivates effective working relationships with all levels of personnel.
• Manages department resources to ensure maximum output, accuracy, and efficiency.
