UPS Supply Chain Solutions, Inc. is seeking a lead supervisor for the Package Handlers to train, develop, and manage workgroups focusing on safety, production, and attendance.

The role requires leadership to uphold productivity, accuracy, and customer service across the department. Responsibilities include enforcing safety policies, managing resources for maximum output, and fostering a collaborative team environment.

Formación

• Ability to lift 70 lbs./32 kgs.
• Availability to work flexible shift hours, up to 5 days per week.
• Strong oral and written communication; MS Office skills; Bachelor's Degree preferred: management experience preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Supervises Package Handlers and trains, develops, and holds workgroups responsible for safety, production and attendance.
• Sets and maintains high standards for account productivity, accuracy, customer service and safety.
• Maintains positive, team-oriented environment and promotes continual improvement.
• Implements personal development plans to ensure professional growth of department personnel.
• Ensures safety policies and procedures are followed and OSHA requirements are met.
