Job summary

Responsibilities

• Supervises Package Handlers and trains workgroups on safety, production and attendance.
• Sets and maintains high standards for productivity, accuracy, customer service, and safety.
• Leads with proactive communication and cross-departmental cooperation.
• Implements personal development plans for department personnel.
• Ensures orientation, skills and safety training with regular evaluations.
• Maintains adherence to safety policies at all times.
