Job summary

UPS is seeking an experienced warehouse supervisor to lead package handlers and ensure safety, accuracy, and productivity across shifts. You will train teams, set performance standards, and drive continuous improvement in a fast-paced environment.

The role requires strong communication, flexibility in shifts, and collaboration with multiple departments to optimize operations and safety programs. This is a permanent, on-site position at UPS facilities.

Qualifications

• Must be a U.S. Citizen or National or an alien lawfully admitted for permanent residence, or an alien authorized to work in the U.S. for this employer.

Responsibilities

• Supervise Package Handlers and train, develop, and hold workgroups responsible for safety, production and attendance.
• Set and maintain high standards for account productivity, accuracy, customer service, organization, communication, cooperation, and safety.
• Establish a positive, team-oriented work environment with proactive communication and continuous improvement.
• Implement employee personal development plans to support professional growth.
• Ensure orientation, skills and safety training, materials, and regular evaluations for department personnel.
