Job summary

UPS in the United States is seeking a warehouse supervisor to oversee package handlers, deliver training, and develop workgroups aimed at safety, production, and attendance. The role emphasizes high standards for accuracy, organization, and customer service while fostering collaboration across all levels of the organization.

You will lead by example, implement personal development plans, ensure proper orientation and coaching, and maintain a positive team environment with proactive communication

Qualifications

• Must be able to lift 70 lbs (32 kg) and meet physical requirements.
• Willingness to work flexible shift hours up to 5 days per week.
• Strong oral and written communication skills.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office.
• Experience in a fast-paced warehouse environment.
• Bachelor's Degree or international equivalent preferred.
• Management experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Supervise package handlers to maintain safety, productivity, and attendance.
• Train and develop workgroups and set high standards for accuracy and service.
• Maintain productive relationships across all levels of the organization.
• Manage department resources for maximum output and efficiency.
• Provide orientation, safety training, and ongoing coaching.
• Ensure compliance with safety policies and OSHA requirements.
