Job summary

Advance Auto Parts is seeking a HUB Operations Lead to oversee day-to-day hub functions, including order fulfillment, inventory control, and related processes across stores and hubs. You will lead a small team of HUB Inventory Specialists and Hub Drivers, coordinate with store leadership, and ensure adherence to company standards.

The role requires hands-on experience with inventory systems, forklift operation, and strong communication skills.

Qualifications

• Experience leading HUB operations and team members such as Hub Inventory Specialist and Hub Drivers.
• Ability to operate inventory systems and store equipment like forklift.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills; coordinate with stores, hubs, and external suppliers.

Responsibilities

• Oversee hub operations and ensure timely resolution of hub orders and processes.
• Lead HUB team members (Hub Inventory Specialist and Hub Drivers) and delegate tasks.
• Review hub orders, pull parts, stage products, complete paperwork, and coordinate with drivers.
