Job summary

Advance Auto Parts Inc. is seeking a Hub Operations Lead to manage day-to-day hub functions, including order fulfillment, inventory control, and related processes across the hub network.

The role may supervise Hub Inventory Specialists and Hub Drivers and requires strong system knowledge and teamwork. Responsibilities include directing HUB team activities, reviewing orders, coordinating with drivers and stores, and maintaining inventory accuracy and hub records while ensuring policy compliance

Qualifications

• Must have strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Experience in retail or logistics operations.
• Ability to perform basic math computations.
• Must be able to operate forklifts if certified.
• Must be able to lift up to 100 pounds occasionally.

Responsibilities

• Oversee hub operations and resolution of hub orders and processes.
• Direct and delegate work to HUB team members (Hub/Loop Drivers and Hub Inventory Specialist).
• Review hub orders, pull parts, stage product, finalize paperwork.
• Coordinate with internal and 3rd party Drivers on paperwork and instructions.
• Maintain inventory accuracy and hub records; ensure policy compliance.
