Job summary

Advance Auto Parts Inc. seeks a Hub Operations Lead to oversee daily HUB functions, drive order fulfillment, and maintain inventory accuracy across stores, hubs, and external suppliers. You will lead HUB team members, coordinate with drivers, and ensure timely processing of orders and paperwork.

Responsibilities include managing stock levels, performing cycle counts, and communicating any risks to store leaders. This is a full-time role with potential for varied shift hours.

Qualifications

High school diploma or GED required.
Experience with inventory management and warehousing.
Ability to operate forklift and handling equipment.
Strong communication and math skills for orders and records.

Responsibilities

Manage day-to-day HUB operations and order fulfillment processes.
Lead HUB team members (Hub/Loop Drivers and HUB Inventory Specialist).
Review hub orders, prepare product, and manage paperwork.
Coordinate with internal and external drivers for shipments.
Maintain inventory accuracy, cycle counts, and pricing updates.
Report risks to store leaders and ensure 24-hour completion of stocking tasks.
