Job summary

Advance Auto Parts in Newnan, GA is seeking a HUB Operations Lead to manage day-to-day hub functions, order fulfillment, inventory control and related processes. The role may involve leading 1 or more team members and coordinating with stores, hubs, and external suppliers.

You will need strong communication, basic parts knowledge, and the ability to work with store systems. This is a full-time position requiring flexibility including nights and weekends.

Qualifications

• Must be competent at oral and written communications and handle basic math computations.
• Prior retail experience, including basic merchandising and inventory management skills.
• Able to drive forklift, if certified and applicable, and use a hand truck and pallet jack.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for Hub operations and resolution of Hub orders and processes in a timely manner.
• Provide direction, organize and delegate work and ensure execution related to leading HUB related team members (Hub /Loop Drivers and Hub Inventory Specialist).
• Review Hub orders, pulling parts, stage product, finalize paperwork.
• Engage with store network to determine part sourcing and logistics solutions.
• Work with GM, DM and CSC support for proper inventory mix and levels.
• Maintain inventory accuracy and perform cycle counts and related tasks.
