Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Provide clerical support for management and operations (photocopying, filing, faxing, emailing, answering calls).
• Enter and review data in systems for supported areas; compile reports for management.
• Serve as frontline customer service to resolve inquiries and issues; assist with audits and data retrieval.
• Research missing packages and review loss/damage trends to support resolution and policy adherence.
• Enter IC settlement information, maintain DOT files, and track operational metrics for weekly reports.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
