Job summary

Envoy Air Inc. in Chicago, IL seeks an Administrator, Hub Learning to connect hub operations with leadership development on-site at a hub location.

You will partner with Envoy’s Talent Development team to design and deliver leadership learning programs, coach managers, and coordinate logistics for in-person sessions. Requirements include 1–3 years in learning, development, or airline hub operations, strong communication, and proficiency with Microsoft Office; travel 25–40% and FAA background

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of experience in learning & development, organizational development, or a related field.
• 1–3 years of experience in Customer Services, ground handling, or airline hub operations.
• Experience facilitating training or development programs for managers or frontline employees.
• Working knowledge of hub operations, including safety standards, team supervision, and workforce management practices.
• Clear written and verbal communication skills; able to work effectively with people at different levels of the organization.
• Organized and self-directed — able to manage multiple priorities without close supervision.
• Comfortable in a fast-paced environment where priorities shift rapidly.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite; Canva experience is a plus.
• College degree in Business, Human Resources, or related field — or equivalent work experience.
• Must possess the legal right to work in the United States.
• Must be able to read, write, fluently speak, and understand the English language.

Responsibilities

• Apply knowledge of hub operations to support managers in leading their teams with consistency and confidence.
• Coach managers on team performance, motivation, and personnel actions, and recommend practical learning solutions.
• Facilitate in-person learning sessions for hub managers, including leadership workshops and skill-building programs.
• Support onboarding and early development of new managers entering hub leadership.
• Administer leadership assessments and support managers in building and tracking development plans.
• Coordinate logistics for hub training and prepare clear learning materials and reports.
• Serve as a trusted point of contact between hub leadership and the Talent Development team.
• Track program participation, development milestones, and completion rates using LearningHub, Excel, Microsoft Forms, and Tableau.
• Maintain accurate records and deliver regular reports linking learning to outcomes.
