Job summary

Envoy Air Inc. is seeking an Administrator, Hub Learning to work on-site at a designated hub location, supporting the learning and development needs of hub managers and frontline leaders.

This role connects operations and talent development and translates hub knowledge into practical learning that helps managers lead their teams more effectively. You will work with hub leadership and Envoy’s Talent Development team, serving as a reliable point of contact.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of experience in learning & development, organizational development, or a related field.
• 1–3 years of experience in Customer Services, ground handling, or airline hub operations.
• Experience facilitating training or development programs for managers or frontline employees.
• Working knowledge of hub operations, including safety standards, team supervision, and workforce management practices.
• Clear written and verbal communication skills; able to work effectively with people at different levels of the organization.

Responsibilities

• Provide operational support & coaching to hub managers and frontline leaders.
• Facilitate in-person learning sessions for hub managers and leadership workshops.
• Coordinate onboarding and development of new hub leaders; administer assessments and action plans.
• Coordinate all logistics for hub training and prepare clear, job-ready materials and reports.
• Maintain records and deliver summary reports linking learning activity to operational outcomes.
