Job summary

Envoy Air Inc. is seeking a detail-oriented coordinator to manage attendance policy enforcement for Agent and Ramp teams and coordinate payroll-related processes. You will also handle scheduling bids, vacations, and compliance with related regulations.

You will create Excel analyses for budgets, headcount, overtime, and attrition while supporting unemployment claim hearings and staff coaching. Strong communication, organization, and teamwork are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or commensurate experience
• Two or more years of airline operational experience
• Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively both orally and in writing
• Possess the legal right to work in the United States
• Possess a valid REAL ID-compliant, state driver’s license; or otherwise maintain all necessary authority and identification to travel for business needs as required
• Ability to read, write, fluently speak and understand the English language
• Supervisory experience, preferred
• Proficiency in Microsoft programs including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook, preferred
• Advanced working knowledge of Excel including charting/trending and PowerPoint, preferred
• Ability to perform complex mathematical calculations and quantitative analyses, preferred
• Ability to understand and apply provisions of union agreement and company/federal regulations, preferred

Responsibilities

• Oversees attendance control policy enforcement for the Agent and Ramp workgroups with 100% compliance
• Works with Payroll to ensure consistency with coding and employee pay
• Coordinates injury on duty follow-up, leaves of absence/return to work
• Constructs and facilitates Ramp and Agent schedule bids including vacations
• Creates and maintains Excel spreadsheets to analyze budgets, headcount forecasts, overtime and attrition
• Prepares unemployment claim hearings and coaches staff, applying policy when needed
• Must work in a team and manage deadlines and priorities
• Must have strong organizational and analytical skills
