Advance Auto Parts Inc. seeks a HUB Inventory Specialist to manage hub order fulfillment and control inventory across connected stores and hubs. You will leverage store systems, basic parts knowledge, and strong communication to network with nearby stores, hubs, and suppliers for timely deliveries.

This full-time role requires forklift capability if certified, and flexibility to work nights and weekends. You will report to store leadership and help ensure accurate inventory and efficient

Qualifications

• Must have strong communication skills and basic math ability.
• Prior retail experience including merchandising and inventory management is preferred.
• Able to operate forklift if certified; use hand truck and pallet jack as needed.
• Reliable with a professional appearance and customer-focused demeanor.
• Willing to work nights and weekends with short-notice availability.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for Hub operations and timely resolution of Hub orders.
• Review Hub orders, pull parts, stage products, and finalize paperwork.
• Interface with drivers on paperwork and instructions; coordinate sourcing.
• Engage network of stores and hubs for fulfillment options.
• Maintain inventory accuracy; perform cycle counts and price changes.
• Manage Hub records and comply with all paperwork policies.
