Job summary

Advance Auto Parts Inc. is seeking a Hub Inventory Specialist to support Hub operations, fulfill orders, and maintain accurate inventory. The role requires interaction with drivers, stores, and suppliers to ensure timely sourcing and shipment of parts.

The ideal candidate will have retail inventory experience, strong math and communication skills, and may be forklift certified to handle material movement and pallet jack operations. This is a full-time on-site position in our hub network.

Qualifications

• Must have strong communication and math skills.
• Retail/inventory management experience preferred.
• Forklift certification and ability to operate equipment.
• Able to work flexible hours, including nights/weekends if needed.

Responsibilities

• Fulfill Hub orders and manage inventory accuracy.
• Review and stage Hub orders; finalize paperwork.
• Coordinate with drivers and stores for sourcing and logistics.
• Maintain Hub records and follow paperwork policies.
• Support additional inventory activities (overstocks, resets).
