Job summary

Advance Auto Parts Inc. is seeking a HUB Inventory Specialist to manage hub operations, fulfill orders, and maintain inventory accuracy across multiple stores and hubs.

The role involves coordinating with drivers, suppliers, and internal teams to source parts efficiently and ensure proper paperwork and records are maintained. The ideal candidate has experience in retail inventory, knowledge of store systems, and basic parts knowledge, with the ability to work flexible hours and physically handle

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Prior retail experience preferred.
• Forklift certification preferred where applicable.

Responsibilities

• Fulfill hub orders and resolve hub issues in a timely manner.
• Review Hub orders, pull parts, stage product, finalize paperwork.
• Interact with drivers on paperwork and instructions.
• Engage store-to-facility network to source parts and determine logistics options.
• Collaborate with GM, DL, and SSC for inventory mix and levels.
• Maintain inventory accuracy: cycle counts, outages, planograms, price changes, front & face.
