Advance Auto Parts Inc. is seeking a HUB Inventory Specialist to manage hub order fulfillment and inventory control across stores and hubs.

The role requires knowledge of store systems, basic parts knowledge, and strong interpersonal skills. Responsibilities include coordinating hub operations, reviewing orders, and coordinating with drivers for accurate paperwork, while maintaining inventory accuracy and compliance with records and procedures.

Qualifications

• Essential ability to communicate effectively in oral and written form.
• Must be able to perform basic math computations.
• Prior retail experience is preferred.
• Ability to operate forklift if certified.
• Familiarity with parts lookup and POS systems is helpful.

Responsibilities

• Manage Hub operations and timely resolution of Hub orders.
• Review Hub orders, pull parts, stage products, finalize paperwork.
• Interact with drivers regarding paperwork and instructions.
• Coordinate with stores for inventory sourcing and fulfillment options.
• Work with GM, DL and SSC support on inventory mix and levels.
• Maintain inventory accuracy: cycle counts, outages, planograms, price changes, front & face.
• Ensure proper hub records and paperwork compliance.
• Safely deliver parts to customers when needed.
• Support front room inventory and cores/defects.
