Job summary

Advance Auto Parts Inc. is seeking a Hub Inventory Specialist to support hub order fulfillment and inventory control. The role requires knowledge of store systems, basic parts knowledge, and strong interpersonal skills to coordinate across stores, hubs, and suppliers.

It is a full-time position with potential MVR certification and training participation. The focus includes inventory accuracy, cycle counts, and cooperation with store networks to optimize sourcing and logistics.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Must be competent at oral and written communications and basic math.
• Experience with retail inventory or auto parts supply is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Manage hub operations and resolve hub orders promptly.
• Review hub orders, pull parts, stage products, finalize paperwork.
• Interact with drivers on paperwork and instructions.
• Source parts via store network and suppliers when not available locally.
• Maintain inventory accuracy: cycle counts, outages, planograms, price changes.
