Job summary

Advance Auto Parts is seeking a Hub Inventory Specialist to manage hub order fulfillment and inventory control. The role requires knowledge of store systems, basic parts knowledge, and strong interpersonal skills. It involves coordinating with nearby stores, hubs, PDQ and external suppliers for efficient order fulfillment.

The position is full-time, may require MVR certification, and entails attending training and store meetings as part of ongoing development.

Qualifications

• Experience with basic inventory concepts is preferred.
• Willingness to work nights and weekends as needed.

Responsibilities

• Handle Hub operations and timely resolution of Hub orders.
• Review Hub orders, pull parts, stage products, finalize paperwork.
• Coordinate with drivers, stores, and suppliers for sourcing and fulfillment.
• Maintain inventory accuracy through cycle counts and adjustments.
• Ensure proper documentation and compliance with policies.
