Job summary

Advance Auto Parts Inc. seeks an Inventory Specialist to support HUB operations under the General Manager, including pulling and shipping HUB orders and maintaining inventory accuracy.

You'll work with the store management team on cycle counts, plan-o-grams, stocking, callbacks, and security/compliance, while training Team Members as needed. Based in Sterling Heights, MI, this full-time role requires flexibility for nights/weekends and physical tasks, within a safety-conscious retail logistics

Qualifications

• Must have reliable communication skills (oral and written).
• Basic math computations required.
• Prior retail experience beneficial.
• Experience with inventory control or cycle counts preferred.

Responsibilities

• Pull and ship HUB orders on time.
• If HUB order can’t be filled, call servicing store before next HUB run.
• Complete cycle counts for parts department (including OUTS).
• Assist with plan-o-grams and stocking of parts.
• Perform callbacks and MAXI changes as directed.
• Train and develop Team Members per GM direction.
