Job summary

Advance Auto Parts Inc. is seeking an Inventory Specialist to manage HUB operations under the General Manager. The role includes pulling and shipping HUB orders, coordinating stock, and maintaining accurate inventories while following safety and company policies.

The candidate should have retail experience, solid communication skills, and the ability to work evenings and weekends. Forklift experience is a plus, with training provided as needed.

Qualifications

• Must have strong oral and written communication skills.
• Experience in retail, merchandising and inventory management is preferred.
• Willingness to work nights and weekends as needed.
• Forklift experience or certification is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Pull and ship HUB orders on time.
• Call servicing store before next HUB run if order can’t be filled, explain reordering.
• Complete parts department cycle counts including OUTS.
• Stock all parts and implement plan-o-grams.
• Coordinate delivery of product and maintain inventories.
• Train and develop Team Members as directed by General Manager.
• Ensure compliance with safety, policies and procedures.
• Report issues to GM and District Manager.
