Advance Auto Parts Inc. is seeking an Inventory Specialist to support HUB operations under the General Manager. You will pull and ship HUB orders, run cycle counts, and help manage stock levels and records.

You will collaborate with store management on plan-o-grams, callbacks, MAXI changes, and safety policies. The role requires physical effort, attentiveness, and flexibility to work nights or weekends as needed.

Formación

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Prior retail experience with basic merchandising and inventory management.
• Able to lift heavy items and perform physical duties.
• Forklift certification preferred; able to operate forklift if certified.
• Strong oral and written communication and basic math skills.

Responsabilidades

• Pull and ship HUB orders on time.
• Call servicing store before next HUB run explaining how to reorder if not fillable.
• Complete parts department cycle counts and maintain records.
• Stock department parts and update plan‑o‑grams and callbacks.
• Coordinate deliveries and maintain inventories; keep daily transaction records.
• Train and develop team members; ensure HUB operations follow policy and safety rules.
