Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Must obtain Hazardous Materials Certification and Forklift Operator Certification.
• Must be at least 21 years old and hold a valid driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with the Hub Manager to prioritize, process, and fulfill customer orders efficiently.
• Communicate with customers and managers to ensure an excellent shopping experience.
• Load vehicles to support routing sequence and use routing apps for delivery and pickup.
• Provide quality delivery practices including timeliness and safe handling for customers.
• Document deliveries using company-provided technology.
• Drive responsibly to represent the company and brand.
• Carry out transfers from stores and hubs within route.
• Interact with customers during deliveries and inform them of events and promotions.
• Maintain clean, organized, fueled vehicles in proper storage.
