• Must have 5 years of experience in Health Information Management Operations, Healthcare Revenue Cycle operations, Coding, or similar
• Experience with electronic health records and data capture, and report generation
• Must be able to work collaboratively and independently with attention to detail

Responsibilities

• Analyzes volumes, metrics, and KPIs to monitor success and identify areas of focus
• Coordinates with leadership to support deployment of new policies and procedures
• Leads training sessions and develops educational materials for internal teams and partners
• Performs time studies and supports productivity tracking
• Conducts audits and quality reviews and presents QA reports to leadership
