Job summary

Crusoe is seeking a strategic and collaborative HSE Training Manager to lead the development, organization, and delivery of health, safety, and environmental training across the company. This role partners closely with HSE subject matter experts and teams across the business to make sure every employee, wherever they work at Crusoe, has the knowledge and skills to work safely and in compliance with regulatory and company standards.

You don’t need to be an HSE subject matter expert.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in training, learning & development, or instructional design
• Experience translating technical content into effective learning
• Ability to translate HSE topics for diverse workforce

Responsibilities

• Translate technical, regulatory, and safety content into training materials that are clear and accurate
• Apply adult learning principles to training design and delivery
• Identify gaps and develop learning plans
• Administer LMS and organize learning paths for compliance tracking
• Develop reports/dashboards to show training progress and compliance
• Collaborate with HSE and cross-functional teams to align training with strategy
• Continuously improve content and delivery based on feedback
• Travel up to 25% to support training delivery and collaboration
