Job summary

Crusoe is seeking a Senior Internal Communications Manager to join our Internal Comms team, aligning and training employees on health, safety and the environment. You’ll translate complex HSE topics into clear messaging and design visuals across diverse environments.

You’ll develop an annual internal comms plan, reach deskless workers, produce multimedia, and lead incident communications while partnering with Legal, Brand, and HSE leaders.

Qualifications

• 5-7 years in communications with a track record of running successful comms programs end-to-end.
• Exceptional writing with clear, audience-focused messaging.
• Experience delivering communications in industrial/energy environments preferred.
• Ability to lead crisis communications and multimedia production.
• Strong collaboration across HSE, Comms, Marketing and Legal.

Responsibilities

• Lead HSE narrative development and translate topics into compelling stories.
• Own the annual internal comms plan and coordinate quarterly reviews.
• Reach deskless employees via digital signage, SMS, and mobile-first content.
• Produce video and multimedia content to engage audiences.
• Develop incident and crisis comms playbooks and responses.
• Coordinate training materials and messaging for safety onboarding.
• Empower leaders with talking points and cascade materials.
• Create thought leadership content with HSE leaders.
• Monitor competitive comms and coordinate with Brand Studio for assets.
• Build listening mechanisms and measure outcomes to improve strategy.
