Crusoe is hiring a Senior Internal Communications Manager to join our Internal Comms team and help align, inform, and train employees on health, safety, and environment (HSE).

Our people work across fields, plants, data centers, and offices, with a focus on clear, impactful messaging and multimedia delivery. You’ll drive internal comms strategy and deskless communications at scale at Crusoe.

Qualifications

• 5-7 years in communications with a track record of running successful programs end-to-end.
• Exceptional writing: audience-first, clear and insightful.
• AI-first mindset; daily use of AI tools in workflows.
• Domain expertise in health, safety and environment (HSE) in industrial settings.
• Crisis communications planning and execution experience.
• Hands-on multimedia production or ability to brief/manage partners.
• Frontline communication instincts for deskless workers.
• High agency with ability to operate in ambiguity.
• Collaborative approach across HSE, Comms, Marketing, Legal.
• Results-oriented with measurable outcomes.
• Willingness to work in active industrial environments with PPE.

Responsibilities

• HSE Narrative Development: sharpen messages for diverse employee audiences.
• HSE Internal Comms Plan: own annual plan and quarterly reviews.
• Reaching a Deskless Workforce: build channel strategy for non-desk staff.
• Video and Multimedia: produce or brief multimedia for safety content.
• Incident and Crisis Comms: develop playbooks and lead timely responses.
• Training and Enablement: shape delivery of safety training content.
• Leader Enablement: provide talking points and cascade materials.
• Thought Leadership: develop blogs, op-eds, speaking content, social posts.
• Competitive Intelligence: monitor HSE comms strategies.
• Creative Partnership: direct Brand Studio for external-ready assets.
• Listening Mechanisms: pulse surveys and feedback tools.
• Measurement: track audience metrics and outcomes.
• Compliance Partnership: coordinate with Legal and HSE on regulatory exposure.
