Job summary

Crusoe Energy Systems LLC seeks an experienced DC Operations & Deployments EHS Safety Manager based in the San Francisco area to lead safety across deployments and data centers. You will drive HSE performance, develop policies, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure compliant operations.

The ideal candidate has 7+ years in HSE, strong communication, and a background in electrical safety standards. This is a full-time role with travel and a strong focus on safety culture.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of relevant HSE experience
• Technical knowledge of Federal and State HSE rules and regulations
• Experience with electrical safety standards (NFPA70E/OSHA30)
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Computer skills for documentation and reporting
• Legal work status to work in the US without sponsorship
• Travel requirement of 50%

Responsibilities

• Provide dedicated on-site safety leadership for deployments and data centers
• Assess risks and develop mitigation plans
• Develop and implement HSE processes and policies
• Monitor compliance with federal/state regulations and report on HSE metrics
• Lead incident investigations and root cause analyses
• Develop and deliver HSE training and promote safety culture
• Liaise with contractors, clients, and agencies on HSE issues
• Maintain MSDS/SDS documentation at worksites
