Job summary

Module X Solutions is seeking an HSE Specialist to oversee health, safety, and environmental practices at our manufacturing facility. You will develop and maintain safety programs, lead risk assessments, and promote a culture of safety across all staff.

Responsibilities include conducting audits, investigating incidents, training employees, and ensuring compliance with OSHA and environmental regulations while working with production to implement improvements.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of health, safety and environmental management in manufacturing, oil & gas, or construction.
• Strong knowledge of OSHA regulations and environmental laws.
• Experience with ISO 45001 and ISO 14001.
• Excellent communication and leadership abilities.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and safety software.

Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and maintain safety programs compliant with OSHA and laws.
• Conduct risk assessments and audits; recommend corrective actions.
• Develop policies promoting a safe working environment.
• Lead investigations of accidents and implement corrective actions.
• Monitor safety metrics and drive continuous improvement.
• Lead safety trainings, toolbox talks, and awareness campaigns.
• Collaborate with production and maintenance to resolve safety issues.
• Ensure environmental compliance; prepare regulatory reports.
• Develop emergency response plans and conduct drills.
