Crusoe is seeking a strategic and collaborative HSE Training Manager to lead the development, organization, and delivery of health, safety, and environmental training across the company. This role partners with HSE SMEs to ensure every employee has the knowledge to work safely and in compliance, regardless of location.

You will translate complex regulatory content into clear training, apply adult learning principles, and drive continuous improvement across training programs while coordinating

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree in education, safety, communications, or a related field.
• 5+ years in training, learning & development, or instructional design.
• Experience designing training for adult learners and translating technical content into effective learning.
• Ability to translate policies and procedures into clear, engaging training materials.
• Hands-on LMS administration and reporting with WorkRamp/Workday.

Aufgaben

• Translate technical, regulatory, and safety content into clear training materials for a diverse workforce.
• Apply adult learning principles to design and delivery of HSE training; select media mix.
• Identify gaps in current training and develop/update learning plans.
• Administer LMS learning plans, assignments, and tracking for regulatory compliance.
• Develop reports/dashboards to track progress, completion, and compliance.
